The service and quality of water this company provide are outstanding. If you are an expat living in Bangkok, and care about the quality of water you drink and use in cooking, you should try their service. I have been delighted.

Best tasting water in the Kingdom!! I am the snobbiest of water snobs. Annoyingly picky at BEST and absolutely impossible to please, hydratingly speaking, at WORST. I would die of thirst rather than drink from a Nestle, Minere or even an Evian bottle. Hyperbole be damned… so imagine my unabashed pleasure whence I found the Sprinkling Oasis amongst the arid climate of bottled sweat and overpriced glorified Khlong sludge… and then to find that Sprinkle is amongst the cheapest of water services? To experience the feeling of being Quenched simultaneously through many different synapses buy one external benevolent force is rare, my Puan. But, it is REAL. It is possible, Puan… it is The Sprinkle Drinking Water service.

Although sprinkle is the only choice in Bangkok for 5 gallon water delivery, it’s a great one. Their customer service has consistently been incredibly nice to me. I forgot to put my empty water bottles outside so they weren’t able to replace them with new bottles. then I called Sprinke and asked if they could come back before the next scheduled delivery and they immediately came back the same day and replaced the water, even though it was my fault for forgetting.

Bella Sukorawan

This service made my life easiest, they deliver water in front of my door room every week and when calculated price with a pack of water which I bought every time before Sprinkle’s water is cheaper.

Majid Boojarzadeh

Delivery every week to the door of my condominium upon my request, 2-4 bottles. Polite staff and always on time. Sprinkle operate an SMS system to notify their customers and also provides online support for any request. I lost five pcs of my coupons last year; after informing them, they issued five pcs and sent me instead of my fault. Thank you, Sprinkle.

Drinking water subscription is an alternative in Bangkok. At least, this can help reduce the use of plastic bottle, and the water quality is impeccable. Plus, it’s also easy to contact the company to buy online coupons and the delivery time is pretty punctual….

By far the best way to get drinking water in Bangkok. The customer service is next level and the convenience, along side of the lowered environmental impact isa big win. You have all your drinking water needs met a with delivery to your door every week for a very reasonable price. Well worth it, highly recommend.

Good price and excellent service. Pumping the water out of the 19L bottle is a bit slower than pouring from a 2L bottle, but much more convenient and less expensive. I am pleased with Sprinkle and recommend them.

They deliver two bottles of water to your door weekly or biweekly according to your request. The water is pure and clean. I heard that this is what Thai people usually drink, which is cheaper than water you buy in 711, and more convenient.

I enquired via Sprinkle Line App & an advice was prompt. Then I purchased 24 coupons with a promotion of 5 free coupons. After online registration for 5 min, confirmation email was received. A staff called the same day to reconfirm the delivery date/time, address & quantity. As expected, a staff called and 3 bottles were delivered as scheduled time. Water quality is same as the ones from Supermarket which cost 5 THB per liter. Sprinkle cost 3.20 THB per liter with a promotion. If Sprinkle offers promotion or maintaining 3.20 THB per liter, it’s worth subscribing with them including free delivery.

Ordered online n notification n updates are v professional and prompt. Delivery right to my door step! Love the service. First time using this company.

fast response, prompt service, seems quite a lot thai people do not drink tap water directly without purification and rather drink distilled/bottled water or prefer buying 'osmosis' water available in most condo laundry room, not sure why but there is a proverb, when in rome, act as romans. well, some said tap water is hard water, not too good for hair, anyway lots of info on google search actually even better if electronic water bottle coupons are used and record kept at company for debit instead of paper coupons given to customers (easier to lose or forget to stick on bottle for new delivery). And yes, now the ordered bottles only delivered to condo's ground floor at the electronic postbox room, not to the door of individual condo units, although the 12 Litre bottles not unduly heavy some elderly residents may have problem lifting and transport it. the company probably can consider delivery to individual condo but charge additional expense, and share with the delivery worker. 7-11 made water bottle delivery to doorstep but this bigger size not available, and no sprinkler brand.

Absolutely easy. Leave bottle and coupon at door, new bottle left and old one gone. Confirm numbers of bottles day before online - done. Easy as can be and water has clean taste to top it off.

Love this company and delivery. Easy online ordering for various sized water bottles, up to 19.2L bottle, coupon renewal and delivery. Deliveries are on time always. Have used now for 2 or 3 yrs. Cant believe I used to lug water from 711 in the past. Very good customer service. Had 1 bottle in all this time that had a very small leak in the bottle. I put a note on the 19L bottle after it was empty, warning not to use again, as it had a small hole somewhere. Delivery staff left me a free bottle. Totally wasnt expecting that. Highly recommend water delivery program.

Have been using their service 6+ years and they have the best customer service. Last time I got 1 leaked gallon and they replaced for free on the next delivery plus a personalised letter. Keep up the good service.
